Ozzy has some amazing love songs--we played I Just Want You at our wedding reception, but I LOVE Lay Your World on Me and I'm Here For You. I wish those had been around when we got married, but they'd be awesome anniversary songs. :)

For me the king of romantic songs is Bryan Adams, like almost anything he plays is good in that dept. I also really like this song by The Script, it's called For The First time, it's great. Also Evanessence has a song, Bring Me To Life that is awesome. Aerosmith, Don't Want to Miss a Thing is another at the top of my list. Those are some of my faves. :D
