Restaurants W/low Carb, Good Tasting, Low Fat, Low Salt in the Rochester NY Area

We are looking for a restaurant that serves these things and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Looking for something new; Aladdin's is rather limited, Olive Garden too, Ruby Tuesday's changed their menu and so did Applebee's, and they no longer serve several items that my parents love(d). Weight Watchers is not a guarantee of these things - only that the portions will be smaller. They don't want to resort to rabbit food for their entire meal, either!

Don't leave out any little 'hole-in-the-wall' diners, burger joints or eateries, either, if you know of them! We've gone clear across the county to find places.

My thanks!
M.

Open Face Eatery in the South Wedge is nice but it's too small for the whole family.

there's also another restaurant in Pittsford Plaza that serves only locally grown food as well...I haven't been there so I can't tell you...

If you visit places that are locally owned (not a chain) you can always put in a special request to the chef who will be more than happy to accomodate you...because they want your business. :)

tasteology in the plaza across from pittsford plaza (can't remember what it's called). i think all of their entrees are 500 calories or less. it's pretty tasty and the owners are extremely kid-friendly.
