Restaurants on Lake Ray Hubbard or Lake Lavon?

I don't know what Lake Lavon is like, but I live right next to Ray Hubbard and have been there a few times. There are a few restaurants there. We've only gone to the one inside Bass Pro Shop (I think its called Islamarina...) outside they have a little area with sand a great place to take kids as well but i think you'll enjoy this so called "beach" with just you and hubby.... I dont think the food is all that great at this specific restaurant but its a diff atmospehere from the usual dining out. Either way I think you two will enjoy the night out w.out the kids regardless of where you go. I would love to find out where you 2 decide to go.:)

I'd say over where Dodies and Glorias are in that little area on the lake are nice. We don't live out there, but we keep our sailboat there and sail up to these places. It's nice to be outdoors on the lake. They also have the County lind BBQ and I forget what Italian place, but so many new ones like the other ladies have mentioned. Have fun!

Definitely Lake Ray Hubbard.
They just built a really nice restaurant area with beautiful lake views.
You get a good view of it driving over the I-30 bridge towards Rockwall.
Haven't personally been there yet but plan too.
