I had an EXCELLENT buying experience back in September at Hamden Chrysler right off exit 60 on the Wilbur Cross Parkway. Granted, I was looking for a Chrysler product, but I have a friend whose family has bought FOUR cars from them in 10 years and has never had a problem. My salesperson was Kelly - she was very personable and professional (Linda is the financing person there, and she seems very genuine as well). I appreciated especially that no one hesitated to show me a car (and test drive it!!) even though my husband was not with me - that is my pet peeve with car dealerships.
