Relocating

L., I just moved here from PA. MY husb. hasn't moved down yet because we have not sold our PA house.
My 1st suggestion is to go to the Chamber of Commerce and get all the info. and goodies they offer. I met a new great friend who works at the Chamber in Hendersonville.
Next, call the welcome wagon for their services.
My best advice is network, network, network! People are so helpful and friendly here. I found a reliable used car dealer by asking my bank VP if she knew anyone that I could trust to buy a car.

You are going to LUV Nashville. What area are you going to be in because I know of two daycares that are in great areas at $7 an hour. Mon-Thursdays till 10pm and Fridays and Saturday till midnight. My daughter also goes to Nashville Christian Academy and luvs it. Let me know the area and i will try to advise you to the best of my ability. :)

Hi L.! I just wanted to say that I too am making this move in the next month and have two daughters, Madison(9) and Chelsea(13). I will also be making this move with no support group. If you need someone to talk to, I am here..feel free to email.

I don't know any babysitters yet, I haven't relocated but plan to do so by the end of May or early June. I have a few friends in Nashville that I can check with and see what I can come up with!
