We intruduced a bottle at 3 weeks. I'm breastfeeding almost exclusively, but have to pump and supliment because she's not an effecient eater. She gets a bit of formula at times. now at 7 weeks she seems to be rejecting the bottle. How can that be? She been fine with it for a month!

What can I do next?

I'd make sure the formula is still good. Maybe try a different bottle or nipple. With my 2nd baby i breastfeed for a couple of weeks and introduced the bottle. It took a handful of bottles to try on him before he started to take to one. He never really adjusted to the bottle or formula. If you can try to nurse more often and keep trying with the bottle.
