Anybody have any recommendations for a realtor-(sorry, guess I should say listing agent) that knows the Heritage(KISD)area? We are going to be moving from Texas and need somebody reliable that will stay in close contact with us.

He is patient, kind, non-pushy and had excellent follow-through. He is also a friend of my family's and has been for years.

We use Adryn Shackleford for all our real estate needs. She lives in Villages of Woodland Springs which is a development that borders Heritage. She's unique in that she can tell you what its really like to LIVE in this area. She can tell you where to shop, which roads to avoid at what times, etc. She has a son who goes to these local schools and can give you accurate info about those as well.
