Recomendations for OB

I recently took a positive pregnancy test and am very excited. We've moved to this area since my last pregnancy. I have seen an ob/gyn, he's ok, but would love to know if there is somebody who loved theirs and did a great job, listening and informing. Any help is greatly appreciated, looking for Troy, Albany, Latham areas.

What can I do next?

I used to go to Dr. Clements. I think he is a good ob/gyn. I ended up delivering at Seton/St. Mary's in Troy, however. They have several midwives in addition to the MDs, which I like.

The Family Life Center in Albany offers some birth and baby education classes. ###-###-####

Hi L.,

My ob doctor is Dr. (Bruce) Clark in Latham. His office was very good and he has a very good reputation. There are 2 or 3 women doctors in the practice also. My mother in law recommended him to me and she is a RN at Albany Med and she asked around for a good referral when we found out I was pregnant 2 years ago. He also uses "4-d" instead of 3-d ultra sounds so you can see the baby much better. You also get to video tape your 5 month ultrasound if you want to. His phone # is ###-###-####. The office is located off or rte 9 between exit 5 of the northway and Sienna college(on Homestead Ave which is directly across from Newton Plaza). Congratulations and good luck to you!

I also recommend Dr. Clark. I also recommend Dr. Goyer with Upstate Ob/gyn in Albany on Washington Avenue.
