Go to allrecipes.com and under "Ingredients", put ground beef. It will come up with a LARGE amount of recipes. I have never had back luck with something from them!

I make a hamburger-tater tot casserole that sounds kind of gross but is surprisingly yummy:
Press O. lb. of ground meat into the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
Sprinkle w/ 1T dry onion soup mix.
Spread with about 1/2 can cream of whatever soup (I like mushroom) mixed with some milk.
Top with rows of frozen tater tots until covered.
Bake at 350 for about 45 mins-1 hr until beef is cooked.

brown the meat, throw in 2 cans of chicken gumbo soup and 2 cans of green beans, simmer until soup and green beans are hot. serve ontop or on the side of Mashed potatoes. (i Do the instant potatoes with this recipe for quickness) should take you no more than 20 mins to make.

I have made beef stroganoff using ground beef and it turned out great! I didn't use a recipe, but if you look online (cooks.com, recipe.com, allrecipes.com , recipezaar.com or foodnetwork.com) you are sure to find one. If you can't find one with ground beef, just swap it out.

Dirty Rice is also good!! Easy recipes: http://jcp.is/1-2-3dirtyrice or http://jcp.is/EasyDirtyRice (They both sound delish! I may even have Dirty Rice for dinner myself!)

Meat sauce with pasta. Sautee 1 small brown onion or half a big one in olive oil, add some minced garlic and sautee until onion is transparent but don't burn. Add the ground beef and brown it well while breaking apart with spatula to crumble it-add salt, pepper, italian seasoning-however much you personally like. Open up a jar of pasta sauce(I love Emerils Marinara) mix it into the beef, if you like it saucy add a can of tomato sauce-bring to a boil then turn heat down and simmer for 20 minutes or so. I add a few shakes Parmesan cheese into it. Boil water throw in your pasta, add salt, let it cook then drain. I like to mix the meat sauce with the pasta instead of just pouring on top.

we love stuffed peppers at our house and also I make a really good cheeseburger pie thing

stuffed peppers oven at 375 degrees
4 large round peppers cut tops off, remove seeds and rinse
1 lb ground beef browned and drained
1 medium onion diced put in the pan with ground beef and let it brown up too
1 can diced tomatoes undrained
2 small jar of ragu spaghetti sauce (plain or with garlic etc)
1 1/2 cup of cooked rice (I use minute rice)
salt pepper and garlic powder

after beef has browned and been drained add in the tomatoes and some salt and pepper and a little bit of garlic powder. mix well add in rice mix it all up. spoon mixture into the peppers. place in casserole dish (use a sqaure one so the peppers are all touching. that way they don't fall over). spoon spaghetti sauce over the tops of the peppers. cover with lid and bake at 375 for about 45 minutes or until the pepper is soft. they are great with mashed potatos.

we make the incredible cheeseburger pie off the back of the bisquick mix box. it has several different variations on the website.

1: hamburger "steaks" : ground beef in burger patties, cook well done, mix up some brown gravy (follow package directions), saute mushrooms & onions, simmer all together for ~10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes & another veggie.

2: meatloaf: mix ground beef with eggs (1 egg per pound of meat), add spices (garlic, onion, salt/pepper), add a big dollop of ketchup (1/4 cup?), mix in crumbled crackers to a fairly dry consistancy. Form into a "loaf" shape and place in round cake pan or other 2" deep dish. Cover the top of loaf with more ketchup. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min. (Cut in half to check for doneness.) Can add frozen or canned veggies (mixed) to the meat for more flavor.

That's all I can think of right now... :)

our family favorite is - brown hamburg in fry pan and drain, add one packet of dry onion soup mix, mix 2-3 tablespoons of flour with 1 1/2 to 2 cups water (we use the tupperware shaker to mix this) add to hamburg & soup mix to make a gravy and simmer for about 5 min. it will thicken as it simmers. we also add a small can of peas after adding the water/flour mix when we have them on hand I think corn would be good in it too. serve over rice or potatoes.

easy, hearty and yummy.

This is an old family favorite - my grandma had 6 kids so whatever was easy worked for her. Souper Burgers: 1 lb ground beef 1 can condensed french onion soup. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain if necessary then add can of soup, no water just soup, bring to boil then simmer until most of the liquid is gone. Serve on hamburger buns like sloppy joes-sturdier kinds work better because the soup makes the bread a bit soggy. My kids love it (18 months and 5) with ketchup and hamburger pickles.
We also do chili, sloppy joes, hamburger tater-tot casserole - I add frozen peas or green beans to mine, stuffed green peppers, they make the house smell soooo good when it's cold!
