A. - I also use Phillip with MBR. I am Cindy's partner with The Trinity Group, and use him repeatedly. I have used several of the other companies mentioned, and the best customer service comes from MBR. Phillip is a sales rep with them so he makes commission (not a kick back).

I will say that they are easy to get a hold of, return calls, and do whatever they can to offer complete satisfaction. They have to have the work approved by a 3rd Party Engineer, and that is included in their price.

Tell him that you got their info thru the grapevine of Cindy Roeschen (Realtor w/Trinity Group)

They will take that into consideration when quoting you a price because they get so many referrals from realtors... they will give you "the customer" a discount.

Again - I haven't used them yet - just given a really great referral from a realtor that I am working w/on purchasing a home.

I have used Longhorn Foundation twice. Once about 20 years ago on my house in Richardson and just last month on my house in Plano. Both times they were excellent. I do daycare in my home now and they took extra care no ensure safety coming to and from my door. I can not recommend them enough. They were resonably priced too.

We just had All-Pro Foundation Repair do ours about a month ago. We got quotes from 2 different companies, & they were about the same. We went with them because they had an engineer come out & write an official report about the foundation. It will help us sell the house when that time comes.
