Realtor - Pontiac,MI

Hello! Does anyone know of a good Realtor that works in the Pontiac area? I am not going to put my house up super-soon, but would like to get input from an agent about changes I should make to make it more marketable for when I do put it up for sale. I am overwhelmed looking at ads and don't know anyone in he area that has sold recently, so I really would appreciate a recommendation!

Dave Mann is the Associate Broker at Keller Williams and I think he services Pontiac. He has been in the business for over 30 years and knows all the ins and outs of it. You won't find a more knowledgeable and honest Realtor than him! If he doesn't work in Pontiac, he will be able to refer you to someone trustworthy who does.
