Real Estate Agent Suggestions Needed
Hi Momma's,
We are looking to sell our home and down size a bit so that I can stay at home with our girls. I've had several not horrible, but not good, experiences with real estate agents in the past so I'm asking for help. Do any of you know of a good trustworthy agent that can get us the maximum for our current house and will not push to sell us more than we can afford just to up their earnings?

We used Nick McCoy with Keller Williams. He was amazing. We were relocating from Washington DC, and he did a lot of leg work for us since we weren't here. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and didn't bother to take us places that didn't fit our wants and were out of our price range. He actually talked us out of a house because he thought they were asking too much. I haven't used him to sell a house, but I was so impressed with his work and professionalism while buying our home, I won't hesitate to contact him if we ever need to sell. I just googled him and found his website: http://92551.yourkwagent.com/. The office number is: ###-###-####.

I'll give her a ring and give her your name so that way if you call her she'll know I sent you! Good Luck! I know how very hard it can be to find a good, honest Real Estate agent!

Hi T.,
My husband, Russ Ambers, has been a realtor for 30 years. He is very trustworthy, honest, and will always work toward your goal. His company is DFW Realty Team. His web site is www.builderblowouts.info. Because he has been in this field for so long, he has established relationships with many builders, and receives special pricing (that is the reason for the name of that web site). He is also very experienced in the buying and selling of pre-owned homes.
his number is ###-###-#### - I am certain you will be pleased with his customer service.
Have fun staying home with your girls (I loved staying home with mine!!!)

Wayne Warshawsky with RE/MAX Four Corners is VERY good. I have known him for about five years and found him to be very honest and trustworthy. He is a family guy and knows the real estate business very well. I first met him when I was in mortgages and so I have dealt with him on transactions and seen how he has handled things= he knows his stuff! ###-###-#### Wayne

Hi T.,
Technically speaking, I could suggest that you use my husband as he is a licensed agent and very experienced, 25+ yrs in the business, etc. However, 99.99% of our listings are distress sales where the bank pays us, instead of the seller. Because of the nature of our listings, we don't typically do the 360 virtual tours, an open house every month, or glossy flyers.
This being said, it is absolutely critical in the current market to get your price right the FIRST time - otherwise your house becomes a stale listing that other agents pass over...Price is what ultimately sells a house!!!!!! And, we can give you a REAL assessment of value so that it will sell in a reasonable amount of time, and can help you find a terrific new place that is likely priced under market, so you walk in with some equity!
Additionally, for all of our Realty clients, I offer my mortgage brokerage services at wholesale costs - meaning, no Broker origination fees, and "at cost" fees and rates for your loan.
If you are interested, we'd be happy to serve your family. We are in Plano, but often work all over DFW.
