Real Estate Agent - Crest Hill,IL

Can anyone suggest a good realtor for the south Romeoville/Crest Hill area? We are looking for someone who knows how to move a home quickly in this tough market and can compete against foreclosures and short sales.

Thank you!

I highly recommend Nancy Boehm of Prudential Elite Realtors in Naperville. She sold my parents' home in Plainfield about 4 years ago and found them another home in Crest Hill recently. Their home was on the market for a year due to the bad economy, but Nancy worked tirelessly until it sold. Nancy also helped us find a home when we relocated here. She is AWESOME--hardworking, dependable and will work extremely hard to sell your home. She does all sorts of little things to make sure it looks great. She would even drag the garden hose out herself to water the landscaping once my parents had already moved. She is very professional and a sweet lady. You can't go wrong with her.

I have the perfect person for you- Nicole Tudisco of Wheatland Realty. She is honest, competent and hardworking. She can be reached on ###-###-####. Tell her S. sent you. At the very least, give her a call and judge for yourself.

Don't know anyone specifically in that area but my neighbor and her husband and fabulous realtors and her husband has become specialized in avoiding foreclosures, so at the very least if you contact htem they might be able to either give you advice or refer you to someone they know will do a great job in your area. They are upstanding people with high integrity and a desire to make people's lives better (I know that sounds like a commercial but I seriously get nothing out of it other than knowing they are using the gifts God has given them to help people in trouble).

Her name and email are Dawna (and Ray) Watson ____@____.com, they are with Remax as well, but I don't know if they have a 'remax' email, I'm sure she'll be fine with me giving you her personal email address.

Hope it all works out these are scary times...

Sounds like you are getting some good suggestions. I used Joe Stacy who is absolutely wonderful! He is patient and showed us a ton of homes before we found ours. ###-###-####. He's very honest, cares about his clients and will give you excellent advice. And he knows the whole Chicagoland area.

Good luck!

The only thing that will compete against foreclosures and short sales is a GREAT price.

Skydan has great realtors bt they are closer to westchester...i dont know where crest hill is sorry...

I do not normally bring a negative light on anyone, but this woman hurt the sale on our home in Crest Hill so badly by writing a fake contract with a deal she never had. Stay away from Kelly Weis, owner of Re/Max Impact. I have heard positive things about Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell.
