What are you looking for? My house will be going on the market within a week or so (FSBO) with immediate possession if you need it that fast. It is a split level, 3br 2ba formal DR, LR, breakfast area. Very well kept (like new). We kept the neutral colors in the house except my son's room, the master br, bath and 2nd bath....but they are all done in earthy tones. Great neighborhood and WONDERFUL neighbors!!!! Our cul-de-sac is extremely kid friendly (including a set a 7 mo old triplets two houses down!)

Everybody has a person they swear by, I see. I'll just throw a name and an experience into the mix. Although I had some other referrals, I ran into Shannon Brimacombe, ###-###-####, quite by accident when I called on a home she'd listed on the internet. Although I didn't end up buying that home, I knew from that first conversation that Shannon would be an excellent realtor.

I moved to OP from Arizona. It involved flying in three or four times to look at homes, and to close on my house. Shannon lined up houses before I arrived, and took me on whirlwind tours each 24 hour visit until I finally settled on something. More to the point, there are all sorts of things that can't easily be done from a distance, and Shannon did them for me, with a smile on her face. She did six times more work than she would have had to for a local client. By the time we finished the transaction, I considered Shannon a friend as well as my realtor.

A good referral is the best way I know to ensure a good experience. I spoke to probably seven or eight realtors before I chose Shannon. I guess the best thing is to take some of these great Mamasource referrals and make a few phone calls to see who you "click" with.
