We usually do Turbo Tax as well but I have called the IRS before to get my answer to something, they are happy to help.

Did you get your questions answered? I was actually in my office yesterday but didn't check all my emails. But, if you're still searching for answers, I may be able to help. I'm a tax CPA and if I don't know the answer, I'll be able find someone who does!!

I do mine myself too, however, I have the past few years done the on-line Turbo Tax, and this year TAXACT.com which is cheaper with the same results as turbotax. Turbo Tax wanted to charge me $29.99 and TaxAct for the same only cost $9.99 and it ask you the same questions. My sister uses them too and she itemizes, where I do standard deductions.
They also have on-line help if you need it.

Do you do your taxes yourself?

We do Turbo Tax online and it is very clear. My hubby is always surprised at houw thorough the questions are with Turbo Tax. He has undergrad accounting and MBA from Duke but the Turbo Tax is FANTASTIC for online filing.
