Quality Multivitamin (Not Chewable) for 4 Year Old Boy

My son (4) now happily swallows his capsule omega-3 vitamin, made by Dr Mercola.

He does NOT like any of the chewable multi-vitamins (which is what Mercola has for kids).

So, can anyone recommend a small multi-vitamin - capsule - for a 4 year old that can be swallowed?

This would be one with NO soy, and none of other nasty things that so many capsules and vitamins have.

Thanks for any ideas.

Wow, I wish my 4 yr old would take dr. Mercola's vitamins! That's awesome! Check out vita cost for suggestions. (I'm still impressed that you are giving him the omega-3 from Mercola, kudos to you!)

I would go to the website vitacost.com
that's where I buy ALL my vitamins. I love dr. mercola and his stuff too, but I can get better deals at vitacost. The other thing I like about vitacost is the reviews, you can see how many stars a product has by the people who reviewed it (and their comments), and most of all their prices are the best anywhere. Just type in kids vitamin in the box and see what comes up.

Its great you are a concerned dad and actually care that your child takes a healthy vitamin (and that you even know about Dr. Mercola, that's pretty impressive), well good luck on your vitamin search !

Just want to say glad you asked this because I too have a child who will not chew (or drink liquid) vitamins. I have spent a lot of money trying to find something she will take. She swallows pills no problem. It is very hard to find appropriate swallow-able vitamins and supplements for kids!
