Puppy Urine Stains

How do you clean and remove dog urine stains from carpet? I have tried baking soda, vinegar, and detergent and nothing seems to work. Any advise?

What can I do next?

Hydrogen peroxide.
Put it in a spray botttle, wet the stain with it, let it bubble and foam, then blot up.

I have 3 dogs and one who gives me a hard time. I keep oxyclean in the house. Get a water bottle and label it oxyclean. Make the solution according to directions and wet the stain. I have a shamwow that soaks everything up. The oxyclean gets down into the pad where the urine has gone and gets it up. It ususally takes a couple of treatments depending upon the thickness of the carpet and the pad. Then I come in with clean water and soak it then sop it up with the sham wow until the water runs clear.

Go to the pet store and get a cleaner with enzymes that will eat the urine bacteria. Better to spray the underside of the carpet too.

Get an oxygenated cleaner specifically for pet urine.

Nature's Miracle. It's awesome. You can get it at Petco. It works via enzymes. We use the one called "Nature's Miracle Dual Action Orange Oxy Power".

Hi C., I raise and show Belgian Tervuren and it seems like someone has made a mess at some point in their young lives. I use and recommend to my clients Woolite Oxy-Clean. You can buy it at the grocery store and comes in a gray bottle. I love it and believe me it has handled some pretty nasty clean up duties.

Try a product called Nature's Miracle - you should be able to find it at most pet supply stores.

i have learned that if you put club soda on it right away it will neutralize the color of the stain, but you still have to clean it with an enzyme cleaner to take care of the odor, I used a pet stain cleaner from walmart called Odo-ban, it worked great and it was cheap too!
