Hi girls,
I am having an adult party at my house tomorrow night and am looking for a good punch recipe with some zip (alcohol). I am looking for something fruity and fun to end the summer. Does anyone out there have one? Thanks a bunch!
Diane

This is a great recipe!

cup frozen peach slices
1 cup frozen whole strawberries
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 (16-ounce) can pineapple juice, divided
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
2 (11.5-ounce) cans peach nectar (recommended: Kern's)
4 cups lemon-lime soda
Cantaloupe, honeydew and/or watermelon slices, for garnish
Frozen cranberries or raspberries, for garnish
Extra-dry sparkling wine, optional
Special equipment: small flower shaped cookie cutter

Arrange a double-layer of peaches, whole strawberries, and mint leaves in the bottom of a bundt pan. Add enough pineapple juice to cover the fruit. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until set.
In a large punch bowl, combine remaining pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, sliced strawberries, peach nectar, and lemon-lime soda. Stir to mix thoroughly.

With a small flower cookie cutter, cut out flowers from melons. Place the melon flowers
in the punch along with the frozen cranberries.

To serve, remove bundt pan from freezer and invert over the center of the punch bowl. Ladle into glasses.

Hi Diane, a good non-alcoholic punch is usually very simple. I usually get two frozen fruit punch cans put them in with some gingerale. You can garnish it with fruit (I put cherries in the bottom and oranges on the top.) Some people also add a tub of sherbet on the top to make it very "summerish" and refreshing. Hope that helps!

My favorite:

1 lg can pineapple juice
1 sm box jello (I like strawberry or raspberry)
4c cold water
1 can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
2 liter bottle ginger ale

mix everything but the ginger ale and freeze for at least 4hrs
add ginger ale when ready to serve

or if you dont have time for freezing:
1 can frozen OJ concentrate
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
2c pineapple juice
5c water
7c ginger ale

can be mixed ahead of time except ginger ale. add that when ready to serve

Hello Diane,

I had to make punch for an office party we had. What I used was:

1 container of Fruit Punch (Juicy Juice I find to be the best)
1 bottle of ginger ale
1 1/2 gallon of OJ
2 oranges

Slice up the oranges and place in freezer

Mix juice and orange juice together, add about 1/2 the bottle of ginger ale for fizz. If you need more fizz, continue adding until you feel it is right. Top with frozen orange slices. You can not go wrong..Enjoy!
