Private School in Grapevine/Colleyville

I have a girlfriend moving from San Antonio to Grapevine. Can anyone suggest a private school for her two kids in either Grapevine or Colleyville. I don't know that much about either of those areas. She has a child that will be in Kindergarten and one that will be in the 2nd grade. Thanks for your help!

What can I do next?

I only know of these schools. I do not know anything at all about them. There is Holy Trinity Catholic School in Grapevine and Covenant Christian Academy in Colleyville. There is another private Christian school in Grapevine where the old Grapevine Middle school used to be, but I can't recall the name. You might have your friend contact the chamber of commerce or convention and visitors bureau, which she can find on these city's websites, and they can probably give her a list. Sorry I don't have more first hand knowledge of private schools in the area. I will say that the Grapevine Colleyville Independent School district is supposed to be one of the highest rated in the area so depending on where she actually moves to, she might be in the attendance zone of a very highly rated school and might want to consider public school as an option as well. :-)

My oldest goes to Barbara Gordon Montessori in C'ville & we love it. A very different environment if they are coming from the "prep"- type / traditional school.

My kids go to Fort Worth Christian. It is in North Richland Hills. We have many students from Grapevine and Colleyville.

S.- We moved from Dallas to Hurst to put our son, Hudson, in Covenant Christian in Colleyville. He has not started yet, but we have several friends that have children there and they absolutely love it. It is a classical, christian education.

There is also Faith Christian in Grapevine that she might want to check into. I have heard that it is a good school too.

My neighbor sends her children to Faith Christian in Grapevine. I don't have the contact info, but I've heard great things. I have also heard that it is VERY expensive.
