Printer Printing Out lines...do U Know What to Do
when we try to print from the internet or pics it comes out with lines across it
i know u are supossed to clean it somehow by going into the printer settings just dont know where to click to get there
can anyone help??

You likely need to clean the printer heads. You don't say if you are PC or Mac so I will guess. If PC Click on start, then control panel, the printers. When the printer window opens right click on the icon for the printer. One of the tabs (name is escaping me) should contain the clean print head function.

I don't know how to fix it... but ours does the same thing. Usually, it is a little bit better after the ink dries... but you can still see them. :(

Depends on the printer, but we have had to take a Qtip with alcohol on it and look for a line of ink on the roller. Use the Qtip to clean it.

Usually they have a help section on the printer brand's website... like hp printer, go to hp website. The site should have a help section where you put in the model you have and they should be able to tell you solutions. Obviously (like mom below) it isn't uncommon.
