Try a rec center. I live in Highlands Ranch and took a gentle yoga class with a few pregnant classmates at a rec center a while back.

I agree about the HR rec center, I have taken a good class there. I have also heard about a class at Sweet Beginnings in downtown Littleton on Friday afternoons. I keep meaning to go try it out....it goes from 4:30 to 5:30 I think.

Hi, M.,

There is also a class called Restore the Core, a mat-based Pilates style workout designed for moms to do with or without their little ones. It's a great way to strengthen and tone the midsection as well as lose inches off the hips, waist & thighs. Best of all, you can do the class before, during & after pregnancy!

Visit www.strollerfit.com to find a class near you. I think there are classes offered in Lakewood and Highlands Ranch.

Best of Luck!

M.,

I took prenatal Yoga at the Goodson Rec Center and it seemed like a pretty good class and it was very affordable if you are in district. I only got to attend a couple of classes because I was put on bed rest, but the teacher was really nice.

I just started a pre-natal class at Goodson Rec Center, Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. I read some really great reviews about it and so I am trying it out. So far so good.
