I am looking for a prenatal yoga class and have looked at major fitness centers but haven't seen anything offering prenatal classes. I have never done yoga but feel like it would be great now that I am 12 weeks pregnant. I live in FAR N. Fort Worth/Keller/Haslet/Watauga area.

Divine Yoga Center on 1709 & Pearson Ln on the border of Keller and Southlake offers an adaptive class that's approved for MS and pre-natal clients and also a class called Yang Yin.

Soul Fitness no longer offers pre-natal yoga classes. Although it is not near you, the best class to take for someone who has never taken yoga is at Lotus Yoga on Camp Bowie Boulevard. It is very convenient to I-30.

Kelle White at Lotus Yoga Studio is wonderful! I just gave birth to a 9lb baby boy at a birthing center with no meds and what Kelle taught me really helped a lot! She is in fort worth just off of camp bowie blvd and I-30. Her number is ###-###-####. I would HIGHLY recommend her even if it is a bit of a drive. good luck :)
