"Prenatal Yoga" by Shiva Rea is supposed to be the best out there. Includes different versions of the program for each trimester. Whole Foods typically carries it. Also, if you're interested in Pilates, try "Lindsey Jackson's Pilates in Pregnancy". I had trouble finding this locally b/c it's out of the UK but you can order it on Amazon. I did this Pilates dvd every day of my pregnancy and I felt great. In particular, if you do it in the morning, it works out all the inevitable kinks in your back and gives you a lot of energy to get through your day. Fyi, stay away from anything by Mari Windsor - she's got a lot of good stuff for non-pregnant women but her prenancy programs are not so good.

There are 2 good pre-natal yoga videos out there by Gaiam, you can probably p/u at Target. I gave mine away after I delivered my second. Check them out- just look for the Gaiam production name.

BTW, I TAUGHT yoga during my last trimester & only stopped 2 weeks before birth. It was so great! So, good luck!

I have the Gaiam DVD of the "Shiva Rea Prenatal Yoga." Good to know, according to another response you got, that it gives you a good workout! I've never used it and bought it when I was pregnant two years ago. But looks like I will now have another opportunity to try it out. My back and legs are so stressed every day that I need to do something desparately! I don't have the "yoga strap" that it recommends. Is this necessary? What is a yoga strap?
-A.

I used the Prenatal Yoga by Shiva Rea once and found myself so tired and hurting afterwards. I never used it again. I will sell mine to you, I also have the yoga belt.

E-mail me if you are interested.
