I would check Devine Yoga in Southlake. I do Yoga at my local 24 hour fitness club in Keller and the teacher always asks is anyone pregnant. I bet if you couldn't find a prenatal yoga class you could do a regular one and just ask the teacher to help you adapt some of the poses and holds.

We at Gentle Beginnings Birth Center offer Prenatal Yoga Classes on Monday evenings from 6:15 to 7:30. You pay for a set of six classes for $30 for the set. You can call Jenni Hulet at ###-###-#### to reserve your spot. Hope this helps!

M.,
It's L. again...I wrote another response and it's not showing up yet.
Anyway, not sure where your job is located now but the North Dallas location has a Wednesday class at 12:15 which you might be able to work in your schedule if you are out this way. Otherwise...
Here's a listing of all the places in DFW that offer the Mamaste yoga I took while pregnant (and mommy and me now). I was at the north Dallas location but some of the others might be a little better for you.

I would not reccommend starting a regular yoga class now as you are nearing your last trimester, esp since you haven't been going. I love my regular yoga studio, but their advice for pregnant women wasn't too great. Better safe than sorry!

If none of these works I have the routine sheets on my PC at home that I can email you and you can practice from at home.

See you soon :)

I am not sure of a class that is held around here (I'm in Southlake). There is Divine Yoga in Southlake as someone mentioned and also in Grapevine there is a small studio called Grapevine Yoga, not sure if they have prenatal specifically but I would call anyway, they may work with pregnant women in a regular class.
You should Absolutely do yoga in your last trimester even if you have never done yoga before. My very first time doing yoga at all was in the last trimester of my first pregnancy. It was a lifesaver!!! I had horrible sciatic and my hips just hurt and after just 30 minutes of a prenatal yoga dvd I felt so refreshed and relaxed, plus my back and hips had relief!
I would recommend going onto Amazon.com and finding a great prenatal yoga dvd if you can't find a class. I have been using Yoga Pregnancy with Heather Seiniger and I also use Crunch Yoga Mama.
I would love to find a place that has prenatal classes and also mommy and me for postpartum. I know they are out there I just can't direct you to one. Sorry about that. I just had to make sure you were not discouraged from not doing yoga at your late stage of pregnancy and if you don't find a class find a dvd to do at home, you will be SO glad you did! I am 29 weeks pregnant and I do prenatal Pilates and prenatal yoga dvd's at home at least 4 times a week, I don't know what I would do without them! :)
