Prenatal Vitamins - Rancho Cucamonga,CA

Hello everyone! I just happened upon this site a fee weeks ago and have already learned so much. My wonderful husband and I have been doing our homework as we try to plan the best we can to start trying for our first in march. We are both working out, eating right, and taking over-the-counter vitamins. Right now I am just taking a normal womens' vitami but would like to find a prenatal one to insure when we conceive, I have all the vital nutrients for good baby development. What is the best vitamin or one you used before and during pregnancy? We are both so excited!!!! Any other advice on planning to get pregnant would be so helpful!!! Thanks so much mommies!!!! Happy Friday!!!!

What can I do next?

I liked the Trader Joe's brand. I took additional Calcium, Magnesium, and Fish Oil capsules (also from Trader Joe's).

Hi - How exciting! The prenatal vitamins I like are Nature Made. I just get them at Target. My dr also had me take folic acid as well, even though the prenatal already has some. Good luck to you, it is the greatest journey ever. :)

Hi K.!!!
Congrats on planning your family! It is so exciting! You are right in wanting the BEST vitamins for you and your baby. I may be able to help you. I can tell you about some one of a kind Prenatal Vitamins. I am a stay at home mom and I shop with and represent a wellness company, that will not only help you with your vitamin intake but will also rid your home of any chemicals that could be hazardous.

Please got to my site or email me I would love to chat!!

Enhancing Lives One Family at a Time

Hi K.:
Congrats. You sound so excited,as well you should be.Parenthood will change your lives forever. Heck, I don't even know you and im tickled for ya! Smart mommy and daddy.Your absolutely right. You need to be taking care of yourself before, during and after the baby. Not just mommy either. Daddy needs to be eating right and staying away from toxins and smoke.I'm sure you know, that the vitimin's are not suppose to be a substitute, for eating well. You need to eat fruits and veggies, lean meats.and fresh fish. The best prenatal vitamins, you can get,are from your Dr.The most important ingredient in them for you is the (frolic) They are more expensive, then on the counter but if you have insurance, you'd just have the co-pay to worry about.Tell him you'd like them to be colorless,as I've heard some of those with color, can create problems with rashes. The only other advice prior to your getting pregnant, would be....Have fun trying!! lol I wish you and your husband the best.Keep us posted here,we'd like to hear when you become a (family) J.
