Prenatal DVDS
I am 29 weeks pregnant and have been walking and some weights during my pregnancy so far. I also have yoga DVDs that I do periodically. I am wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for workout DVDs to do at home. Im getting bored with what I have. I have used the same ones for 2 previous pregnancies. Since, I do daycare and 2 daughters I would like something that is easy to get through at the end of the day.

I used the "10 minute solution" Prenatal Pilates. It has 5 different 10 min sections. You can select which one(s) you would like to do and in what order. It also has 3 people, one in each trimester, showing how to do the moves. I was on the verge of being put on bed rest due to sciatia (sp??) and this helped keep that from happening! I really liked that I could do anywhere from 10-50 minutes, depending on how I felt that day. Congrats on the pregnancy!

"Parents" magazine as alot of different DVDs that you can buy at Target... I am not sure if they have a prenatal one but, it would be worth checking out. I bought "Mom and Baby Fitness" which has yoga, pilates and baby massage for exercized after the baby is born... I loved it! Anyway, maybe you can find something there. You may also want to ask your doctor what he/she recommends. Your doctor may have a good idea about what is available.

Check out your local library. I got some there when I was pregnant. Good luck!

I purchased a great set of DVD's from Lindsay Brin available at Moms into Fitness. www.momsintofitness.com There is a separate workout for each trimester, and I think you can buy them separately.
She also makes a wonderful "post natal bootcamp" that will get you back into shape in no time. :)
Have fun!
