Definitely get and take a pregnancy test, if only to allay anxiety. There is nothing wrong with buying a pregnancy test and taking it, I think having this option saves a lot of hassle and stress. In fact, you may want to buy an extra one just to keep handy in case you ever want to take one in the future. Again, it's really more about alleviating anxiety and suspense, which is well worth while. And while it is possible that you are pregnant, there are other conditions that can cause the symptoms you describe, so if the test is negative, DEFINITELY see your doctor to check on what is causing them.

Good luck!

There is something wrong in our world when a woman is afraid to buy a pregnancy test. Go buy one ASAP so you know!!! I always keep an extra one handy for those moments of "Could i be....?!" There is nothing wrong with getting one to lower your anxiety or to know if you are eating for two.

I sincerely doubt a pregnancy that at most is 4 weeks in gestation could cause a hard bulge in your uterus that would be noticeable from outside the body. Many other things can cause a bulging abdomen some of which can be very serious. Pregnancy can be easily ruled out (or in) but your symptoms have concerned you enough to express it in this forum. You should consult your gynecologist.

Good Luck

just go buy a test and put your mind to rest

ummm.....Could you be pregnant? Only you know that. If you want to know now, go get a test.

what are waiting for i would do a test at least to know.
