You could buy a pack of newborn diapers (the little bitty ones!) and wrap them up for him!

When I was pregnant with my second I made a t-shirt for my oldest that said "I'm going to be a big brother" on it. I put it on him and when my husband came home from work it took him a long time to realize what my son's shirt said but he was very surprised. You could have those shirts made for your twins and one for your oldest that says the same but maybe "I'm going to be a big sister...AGAIN!" I made my shirt with a plain tee and some fabric paint so it was not too expensive...we still have that shirt today as a memento. HTH!

T.,
Congratulations! That is so exciting. When I got pregnant with our third, I sent my husband 3 red roses. I had them write "Congratulations to a third time around dad." He was way excited. My sister-in-law made her husband a cookie bouquet with their kids' names on it and one that said "new baby" to let her husband know. It's fun to do different ways to tell your husband you're pregnant! I bet www.babycenter.com has some more ideas you could look through.

It was only our second, but here's what I did:

I put together a special "package". It had my positive hpt (with the strip cut off of course), some information packets about babies (like coupons, cord blood registry and things like that), and I made up a "fake" birth certificate for my approximate due date. All of this went into a big manilla envelope that I mailed to him at his office. Needless to say, it was VERY hard to keep the secret until he got his mail!

I have always thought it would be fun to surprise my husband with a personalized fortune cookie. There are several websites that provide this service, whether small tradtional cookies or a giant one. They run about $30. You could give him one that has a Valentines theme to throw him off track - great timing! Of course, he (and you) may hate fortune cookies! :)

I read this somewhere, and I think it's cute! Wrap up the "positive testing" stick (after it's dry of course) in a little box and give it to him. And you might add a little creative note. Congratulations! (By the way, check out www.MiracleBlanket.com)

Hi T.
This may be too late but I wanted to reply anyway! Congratulations! My daughter was reading one of my parenting magazines just yesterday about this. There was a girl who made dinner for her husband:
Baby back ribs
baby corns
Sugar Daddies

There was something else but I can't remember, but you get the general idea! Have fun and congrats again!
