A friend of mine had fertility problems and finally got pregnant after 5yrs and a miscarriage. She didn't want to go down the same path again when she wanted another baby. I suggested she see my homeopath. She was willing to try anything that didn't involve drugs so she went. Six months later she was pregnant! Homeopathy corrects the entire person so that the body can function properly.

If you want something natural, go to Mothers Market and buy Royal Maca, it increases fertility and raises Estrogen. I would have your Thyroid checked, that can cause a lot of problems with hormone levels. Also, get checked by a Chiropractor. My husband is a DC and I was told to have a full Hysterectomy at 25 years old, I was not married yet and knew that I wanted children. I started getting information when we got engaged and he was in school to be a DC and we thought, well, lets see what happens. We got married on December 13, 1997 and found out we were pregnant on February 14, 1998, that was 6 weeks later!! We now have four amazing children and the two Gyn's that wanted to give me a Hysterectomy have been very humbled by the birth announcements that I have sent them! Don't give up... Talk to a midwife too about changing your diet to a Fertile diet!!

I had the same issue. My MD/DO put me on Gentle Changes which has Activin in it (a natural source of progesterone). I know that many health food stores sell progesterone creams, such as this, that you rub into fatty tissues such as the inner thighs. My last hormone check said that my progesterone was finally in the normal range. Hope this helps.

here is the advise I give my friends in your situation.

It has worked 8 out of 10 times....

stop going to the doctors, stop reading books and getting your self all complicated about this very natural desire and female ability.

Fall in love with your husband again, get out of townon weekends, bring a few bottles of wine and some candles... screw your brains out! enjoy it for the the value of the love and the sex too...have fun with it, stop calculating, measuring, pondering...having unprotected sex creates babys...

having spekulated formulated tense pregnancy intended fornication creates worries and kills future intimacy with your hubby.

become playful and loose, nothing worthwhile was ever created by a serious human being. and you are creating the most playful thing of all : LIFE

have fun

I had to take clomid to conceive my second son. I was later diagnosied with PCO, if you try everything naturally and still have trouble, contact me and I will give you the name of a great endroconolgist that might be able to help.

Hi S.:

I of course have no idea whether this is the case with you or not, but figured it was worth throwing out for your consideration. You may not be aware that allergies can now be cured using certain allergy elimination techniques. Well, I have been having my allergies tested and cleared. Some of the things I tested positive to were various hormones. Progesterone is one of the listed substances they check for.

The procedure is also non-invasive. If you are interested in learning more you could visit naet.com. If you want to find an naet certified physician, they have a physician locator service on the website, or you can email me and I can tell you who I (and my grandchildren) go to.

Best wishes,

M.

To be honest I dont know how to increase your progesteron levels. But two vitamins that are great for you to take while you are trying to conceve are Vitamin B and E. They both help with trying to get pregnant also help to not miscary. I had a hard time getting pregnant. We tryed for about a year, I started taking B and I was pregnant 4 months later with my son. I took the B and E along with the prenatal pills...and my son is very healthy and strong. Good luck...I hope you all the best.

You must believe that you will get pregnant. Once your body is ready and it believes you will become pregnant. When in doubt you stress. Start saying to yourself I am pregnant, smile and think of all the good things that come along with it( love and happiness). Your husband to must believe and let go of the doubt. It will happen! There are many miracles that happen every day. Stay positive smile and believe. :) Also, eat very healthy and exercise to keep your mind busy and body in shape. Once you let go of the doubt and believe in yourself, your esteem and thoughts will transform your body into pregnancy.

Hi, S.,

At 42, I have gone through virtually every fertility routine under the sun (IVF, ICSI, ovulation prediction, acupuncture, Fertility Blend pills, etc.). After much effort, $40,000 in out-of-pocket payments, painful, and heartbreak (two miscarriages), I conceived and bore my two sons, now 19 months old and 5 months old. From probably hundreds of hours of reading books and medical journals and numerous discussions with reproductive endocrinologists (REs), I don't think that trying to raise progesterone levels will help increase ability to conceive. Various REs have told me that low progesterone level is a SYMPTOM, not a cause, of fertility problems, so some other factor needs to be addressed. May I ask your age? My main problems were age and an immune disorder (blood clotting too easily).
Feel free to contact me at ____@____.com if you want some referrals REs or other infertility specialists or want to ask me any other questions.

Good luck,
Lynne E

I think there are creams you can rub on your hips and thighs at health stores. If you use it, you might check with your doctor to see how much, how often, and when to stop. If you end up pregnant, you might only need to do that for the first 3 months.

I also just read that eating 1 avocado a week helps with the female organs.

You might consider getting the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I heard it's amazing, and that every woman should read it so they know their bodies better.

You need to have a hormone panel blood test, thyroid panel to see where your hormones were. I was pregnant 5 times and losing all the babies because my hormones were all out of whack. I went on thyroid medication and one year later had a baby, although he came 3 months premmature, with developmental delays, he is attending UCLA in a brand new spe ed program for people like him, and we are so proud.
Also please read this website for more information about your hormones., www.women4balance.com/healthy4u. It will help explain a lot of what is going on with you, and is based on Dr. John Lee's advice.
