Prayer Group for Young Moms in Western Suburbs

I'm the mother of 2 twin girls. I live in La Grange. I am Catholic and am looking to join a prayer group in the area. There doesn't seem to be one at my church (St Cletus)

I have a couple women in my homeschool group that are from LaGrange and are catholic, so i will ask them if they know of anything. That being said, I attend MOPS (mother's of preschoolers) at my church, Elmhurst Christian Reformed it's in South Elmhurst, right at roosevelt and York, they don't meet again until January and specifically a prayer group but is a spiritally supportive group for mothers. They also have this fabulous program for children ages 3-6 at the same time called Little Lambs. Feel free to email me for more info and I will ask the ladies I know about other local things...praying that God would lead you to the perfect group!

Hi S.,
I'm Catholic too and attend St. Isaac's in Hinsdale. I attend MOPS in Oakbrook (Garfield and 31st St.) They have a good website if you want to check it out.
Also, have you ever considered a Christ Renews His Parish (CHRP) weekend? It's hard to find time when you have little ones, but it is really worth it. I'm part of a group hosting this year's weekend in February at St. Isaacs. You don't have to be a member of our church to attend. There are two days of prayer with other women (just during the day, you don't have to spend the night), and then you meet regularly throughout the year. Please let me know if you would like more information.

What if you start one!

My friends go to a bible study at First Congregational Church in Western Springs and they really like it.
