Plus Size Girls Clothes - Where to Go Next?

My daughter has outgrown size 18 1/2 plus size. She isn't ready for women's sizes. What size do we go to next? Our main problem right now is finding a swim suit. She outgrew the biggest plus size the JcPenny carries.
To clarify - she is 9. The problem with swim suits made for older people (women and teens) is the chest. They are loose in the chest which makes them not fit. We've tried Justice and she can wear a size 20 in clothes but the swim suits are too small. I will try some of the companies that people suggested. Thanks!
And, I really wondered how many people would tell me to make her lose weight. Only one so far said "get her moving". The question was not how do I make my child smaller. The question was, where do I find clothes that fit the size she is. I am a dietitian with a degrees in nutrition and exercise science. The problem is NOT a lack of knowledge. There are many factors that contribute to a person's size. Not everyone who is over weight is lazy and eating bon bons all day. Thank you to the 8 non-judgemental moms who offered help.

What can I do next?

Land's End carries kids clothes up to size 20 and Old Navy does up to XXL in kids (web). ON also does vanity sizing, so their clothes are usually very generously cut.
Good luck!

You may need to hem the tankini top for length, but the go from size 16-26... They dont list those sizes howver, and size 0-4 (0 being 16, 4 being 26 roughly), so go by their size chart.

My 9yo just hit the Men's Dept. I know it feels weird, but that's where his waist is. Hemming is dirt cheap, though!

Sears has a girls plus size section. it will go up to I think a 20. in the boys its called husky but they call the girls something else it doesn't say husky. you might also consider looking in the womens plus sized petite section. she will need the smallest size but the petite will mean they are not to long etc just wider.

Justice does sell plus size, but to get the larger ones, like 20, you have to go online. Sears has a large selection of plus size. Junior plus is an option. If you have an everything but water or water, water everywhere in your area try there, they specialize in swimwear and have very nice suits, albeit expensive. Mail order is another option, I'm assuming she is still fairly young and wants young looking suits, they have catalogs that would work. Good Luck!

VJW and Marshalls have plus sizes. She is now a 1x. You will have to shop in womens sizes. For a bathingsuit i would suggest get a short piece bottom a dark color and then just get the extended bikini top that covers the belly. I feel bad if she is a kid or a teen and already weighting hat much. Get her moving. A friend I worked with who use to be real big did. She did it by walking now she is running marathons. Walk with her around the block. then around schools then tracks etc. Keep going. Get her a treatmill if you can

I thought Justice had a plus size section, or you may just need to go to juniors.

Jcpenney has plus size juniors clothes, that's probably what will fit best and be most stylish for her age.

How old is she? I agree with trying juniors plus instead girls. Is she really short too? is this why she can't go to the women's section? Even womens petite?
