My daughter, who was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, is cared for by HIspanic women at the church nursery. Although my conversational Spanish is fine, I really haven't been able to get my point across to them about not feeding her. I need to get across the urgency of the situation, so please help! Here is the message I want to translate.

"Alice has Celiac disease. Many foods can make her VERY, VERY sick. Please do not feed her any food unless it's something her mother brings for her! This means no cookies, no crackers...please do not give her anything. Thank you!"

So What Happened?

Thanks you, mommies, so much! I tried to translate it myself and I guess my version might have been okay...but my grammar is never correct and I know now that I can write this on a sign and post it and hopefully feel secure that they won't keep feeding her cookies! Thanks so much!!!! :)

Gracias.
