Playgroups in Springfield, Mo

Are there any playgroups in this area? I've heard of infant playgroups. What about those?

Their are playgrounds in the Springfield area but as far as I know I don't think that they have any playground stuff for infants. Their are playgroups for infants possible through the YMCA. You might try there.

I know there are a few chapters of MomsClub in Springfield. I belong to the Ozark chapter, and we have playgroups and activities most days of the week. There's a list in the back of the Kids' Directory of repeating activities that will have contact numbers for the part of town you live in. My boys and I have lots of fun with our group!

The library on Kansas Expressway has playgroups on Mondays for birth to 3 years old at different times.

I also belong to a local online group through yahoo. Nodrammamommas and we have playgroups sometimes.
