Play Group?

Hi B.,
I have two little girls, Julia is 3, turning 4 in Oct and Abigail turned 1 in May. Did you ever form a playgroup? We would love to meet you guys. We live in Buckeye. Let me know what's happening.

I would love to be involved in a play group. I currently have a 6 year old step son whom I would like to meet more kids. And I would love to meet other moms too. I am somewhat involved in a play group in the East Valley, but it is a little difficult to get to events during the week. I am a working step-mom, so middle of the day events I would not be able to make, but after 3pm or evening ones I would. Please let me know if you get anything going.

Did you ever look at the Moms Club?? You can find a chapter near you by going to www.momsclub.org. They also have a babysitting co-op.
The other thing is to just start your own. There are a lot of moms out there looking for playgroups. Post in your local park.

What is a babysitting co op?

Hi B.,
I was in a playgroup last summer, but it sort of fizzled away (people get jobs, kids go to school, etc.). I would love to start again. We used to meet at the Arrowhead Mall on Tuesday mornings, but we're available anytime. My daughter, Faith, will be three in July, so I am sure that the girls would get along great!
