Pilates Class in Macomb Twp

I am a personal trainer in the Rochester area - John R and Avon(not sure how close that is to where you are at in Macomb), but I have a home business and do one-on-one personal training in my house. I do not do pilates, but the kind of weight and core training I do would be a great complement to pilates. I have very reasonable rates (better than the gyms). If you're interested, Shepherd's Gate Lutheran Church on 23 mile in Shelby Township (not far from Macomb Twp) offers fittness classes on Tuesday, Wed and Friday mornings. Pilates is offered on Wednesday mornings starting tomorrow (Sept. 10th) at 9:30. The cost is only $15.00 for the entire session and runs for 15 weeks. There is also childcare available for children under 5 including infants for $2.00 per visit. (I am one of the instructors for the other classes: Cardio kickboxing and Toning on Tuesdays and Friday mornings). Macomb Township Rec Dept also has a wide variety of classes, and personal trainers, as do various gyms in the area - World Gym is pretty inexpensive, I believe.

I would check out the Macomb Township Rec Center. They offer a wide variety of exercise classes and have child care while you work out. I have taken Aerobic classes there and really liked that, I am sure they have Pilates as well. Check out the REACH catalog online

I heard that the "Yoga Studio" on Van Dyke in Shelby Twp has Pilates classes.
