But they do termite and well as general pest/insect control.
You can pay quarterly.

We use Home Team pest defense, we pay $80 quarterly. They do a great job at keeping the bugs out and anytime that I have an issues they make an extra trip for no charge and do a great job. Once we had a bee hive on the swing set and they came out the same day to get rid of it, I have been very impressed :)

We use HomeTeam and have quarterly service (I think it's about $90 per quarter).... but they guarantee their service, so if we have a problem between treatments, they'll come out for free. LOVE these guys!!! Usually will get same-day service, too.
