I am a trainer in Stonebridge Ranch, McKinney. I wanted to provide a way for my exercisers to continue working out for the long term (my core group has been with me for over 2 1/2 years), so I do group training, which is less expensive. A six week program runs $125 and we meet 2x a week for a bodysculpting class and 1x a week for a bootcamp workout. We also try to walk or run on alternate days. You definitely get your moneys worth and we have a great time! Just let me know if that sounds like what you are looking for.
