Pediatrician - Dallas,TX

We use Pediatric Associates of Dallas. They have late hours (open until 9pm I think) and they are open on saturdays for sick kid appointments. They have their own lab and x-ray there in the office so you dont have to go over to the hospital to have tests done. We were not with them to begin with and I had to take my 4day old over to the hospital to have blood drawn in the middle of January with people coughing all around us. Not a pleasant experience.

you can just use the ped on staff when you deliver to check the baby over if the ped you actually select doesnt serve that hospital.

try pediatric assoc of dallas which is right across the street from presby. they have great office hrs and the drs are really nice - especially dr foster. set up a meeting with whoever you choose in the next month or two to see if you like them and find out how they work.

Just to throw out another option, we love Dr Straughn at Forest Lane Pediatrics (at Medical City). We've also met with Dr Blair who was great (and the pediatrician we interviewed when I was pregnant), and our neighbors love Dr McGonnell.

Pediatricians of Dallas. My children see Dr. Neely but we have met with all of the physicians in the group and are impressed with each of them and the NP. While we have to wait a while in the exam room to see Dr. Neely we get his full attention and time during our visit. They have Saturday hours too which is a bonus!

I also recommend Pediatricians of Dallas ###-###-####). The are across the street from Presby Dallas. We see Dr. Halsell, but have been happy with the other doctors and the NP we've seen there. They also have a great lactation consultant. You can call them to set up an interview now while you're still expecting.

We are with Pediatric Associates of Dallas and are very happy! They are located across the street from Presby (North/West corner of Walnut Hill and Greenville).

I would also recommend Pediatric Associates of Dallas. They came highly recommended. Both of my kids have gone to Dr. Brown since birth. We have also seen Dr. Foster several times and he is great too. Call and set up an appointment with them in the next few months. One of them will come and see the baby in the hospital.
