Pediatric Allergist Recommendation in West Plano Area
Hello, My three year old has been battling with coughing, wheezing and allergies for almost a year now and we are at the point where we were recommended to see an allergist. My pediatrician recommended a few: Mary Bloomquest (Airca), Gregg Santille (Airca) and John Van Wagoner (southwest Allergy). Has anyone had any experience with these doctors and can provide some feedback. Also if you have strong recommendations on other that would be helpful as well.
Thanks in advance for your feedback!
Cheers,
D.

We recommend Dr VanWagoneer. He is the only one that has been able to figurer out at different times what is wrong with my daughter. She constantly gets colds and sick and he listens to my frustrations and was better than my pediatrician. As we are even looking for a new pedi now.

I highly reccomend Dr. Jon Van Wagoner. He was able to find out that my daughter did not have allergies but it was her adenoids that severly enlarged. He did a ct scan in office. His office staff is wonderful as well.

They are okay. Bloomquist office lost a throat swab and some other call back information. That happened twice in a 8 month time period. I switched offices. If you stay on them and call back when they are supposed to be calling you back they might now lose your stuff. The lost throat swab was bad after 48 hours so there was nothing I could have done because I had the swab on Friday and would have had to come back and have another one on Monday. In the mean time I went to CareNow and got antibiotics for the strep infection I had.
