HELP..my pedi moved to a new office ande i don't know where. I called to make a dr appt for Dr. Nancy Phillips the other day at Physicians for Children in Carrollton only to find that she is no longer with them at all and they don't know where she is. i searched for a great Dr and finally found her and now shes gone :( I am on Amerigroup Medicaid so if i can't find her, i have to find yet another pedi. i live in Flower Mound but am willing to drive for a great dr. i think i asked before but all the dr.s i called didn't accept medicaid and we can't afford to pay ourselves right now as my husband has been out of a job for 3 months...but finally starts a new job on tues! YAY!

What can I do next?

I have a wonderful pediatrician in coppell/irving. Right off of MacArthur across from the cowboys practice stadium. She accepts amerigroup that is what plan my daughter is on. She is wonderful and my children have been going to her since birth 3 1/2 now. She really cares and enjoys her job. Spending enough time with us to discuss any issues we have and to help make any recommendations we need. Her website is www.kidsklinic.com ###-###-#### is her phone number. Her name is Dr.Edenhoffer and she is board certified. Hope this helps! She is the best!!!!!!

S.,
I've heard good things about Dr. Dhoot. His office is across from Lifetime Fitness in Flower Mound in that 3 story medical building. We use Dr. Naylor at 18 and under MD (http://www.18andundermd.com/) who is also across from Lifetime Fitness. I've also heard good things about Dr. Fitzgerald and Dr. Kincaid at MD Pediatrics in Flower Mound (https://www.mdpedi.com/index.htm).
Good luck!

Try Dr. Daniel Vernier in McKinney. I chose him when I used to be the ER sec'y overnight. It's amazing what you can learn about a doc when he's on call for the er. I imagine any of the docs in the office are excellent; I'm just partial to him. He's located at the McKinney hospital in the attached medical arts building...###-###-####

I go to the same office that Dana mentioned. My doctor (Dr Harpavat) I dont believe is taking new patients but there are 3 other doctors in the office and we've been to all of them. They are GREAT, and Im one of those overly picky annoying moms that is very particular about doctors! : ) We've been going there for 8 years now and have been happy. The number is ###-###-####

I use Dr. Sarah Matches in Fort Worth. She is in the UNT Pediatrics building off of University. It would be quite a drive for you but she is WONDERFUL! Also, when she was on vacation my daughter had to see the other doctor in the office - Dr. Alexander - and she was just as GREAT! I can't say enough good things about them both. They both accept Medicaid AmeriGroup. I know it’s a long ways but it might be worth the drive if you’re just going for check ups once a month.
