These are super easy and dangerous for me to make! One year my chocolate didn't melt right and it didn't go on smoothly. The candy just wasn't pretty enough to give away. I think I ate the whole pan myself. I think these taste exactly like Reese's and have the same consistency. I've had other recipes and they seem too crunchy to me. I'm actually making these tomorrow!

Peanut Butter Cups

2 sticks margarine, melted
1-3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanut butter
2-1/3 cups powdered sugar
2 cups milk chocolate chips

Melt margarine on stove. Remove from heat and add graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Mix together and pat into a 9x13 inch pan. Melt the chocolate chips and frost the peanut butter mixture. Allow to cool. Cut into small pieces.

I have put it into the fridge to harden up the chocolate but if you leave it in too long the chocolate will get light colored spots on it. These are really rich, so you don't need to cut them into very big pieces. I can get around 30 pieces of candy per pan.

Enjoy!!

I make Buckeyes every year using a recipe just like Michelle's. But I don't include the Rice Krispies. I just like them better without.

Also, I dip them in chocolate when they are at room temperature. I tried freezing them first, but the chocolate didn't want to stick. Hey, works for me this way.

So yummy!!!
