Pampers Cruisers Vs. Baby Dry-- Huggies Supreme Vs. Regular
I am wondering.. are the "premium" diapers worth the expense?? Are the pampers cruiser better than the baby dry?? and are the huggies supreme better than the regulare huggies?
My daughter seems to fit better in the pampers - (she is skinny) my son fits better in huggies (he is averages)

My 2 year old and my 9 month old wear the same size diapers and my husband and I have found that Pampers fit better. There isn't much difference between between the regular pampers and the cruisers other than the cruisers are made for babies when they start moving, however, the regular pampers work just fine. Huggies are good too, but are generally more expensive ... especially the huggies supreme.

Hi L., I've tried them all and I prefer the huggies supreme over them all. I didn't particularly like the fasteners on the pampers diapers. I used Huggies Sup. with my first son who is three and my 10 month old has used them since birth.

It varies from child to child a good deal, I believe. I really dislike both huggies supreme and pampers cruisers, as they both leave a lot of lint on my son (2). I second Luvs.. The bearhug flex ones have stretchy tabs like Pampers baby Dry (which are also favored in my home)... and those are the only two my son doesn't leak through.

Hands down - LUVS
I have tried every diaper with my kids and Luvs was the best price and they always fit well and stayed dry.

I've tried all the different diapers on the market. I'm always looking for a bargain! I found with my son, that some of the cheaper brands like the Kroger Comforts work just as well as the expensive brands in terms of leakage, but do not fit around his waist as well. In terms of the expensive brands, I prefer Pampers Cruisers or Pampers Baby Dry. They seem more flexible and comfortable for my son than the Huggies.
Just my 2 cents,
MC

Okay, four kids...oldest is 18, youngest is 5. I have tried every other brand out there and ALWAYS go back to Luvs. Do NOT know why I kept trying the others. None of them worked for me like Luvs. For me anyway, Huggies were horrendous. You wouldn't believe all the changes in the almost two decades I bought diapers (and now nite pants). Through it all, I would always go back to Luvs. Hey...maybe I should try out for some comercial. lol HTH

I think they are worth the little bit extra, honestly. Esp if you have a super soaker like my boy. My kids fit into diapers the same way as yours, my girlie was better in Pampers but I've switched to the Huggies supreme for my son who's a chunk. He was having a lot of blowouts in the regular Pampers.

I've used both cruisers and baby dry. Pampers did a major improvement on their baby dry over a year ago and they fit snuggly around the waist now. My son is very thin and that was the issue I have having. Now with both cruisers and baby dry I get no leaks. I would save your money and purchase baby dry.

I have a 2 year old boy who has a tiny bottom half. I use Costco's Kirkland brand exclusively. I have tried all the premium brands and still prefer Kirkland. The only thing Kirkland doesn't have is the powdery scent the Pampers have. One time I bought Huggies because at Costco the unit price was actually cheaper than Kirkland that day. I totally regretted it and after I finished the box I went right back to Kirkland.

i've always preferred pampers baby dry. i tried other brands but they still couldn't compare to pampers. i've noticed that the cruisers have less diapers in a bag than the baby dry also. so financially speaking, i've stuck to the latter because i wanted more bang for my buck. i hope this helps.
