Overnight Diapers
Hi everyone,
My 8-month old daughter (who feeds several times during the night), woke up a couple mornings completely soaked through her diaper. This just only recently started happening (normally she would have a very wet diaper in the morning, but she never soaked through anything). I've begun changing her now in the middle of the night, but I just wondered if there are any diapers out there that are super absorbant to help keep a baby dry overnight. I'm currently using Pampers Cruisers. Fortunately for me, a wet diaper doesn't bother her at all. I just don't want to be doing laudry and changing her bed everyday! =)
Thanks for the suggestions!

Hi F.,
I really like Target brand diapers, but I dont know that they will work any better than the Pampers you are using now. What about buying some plastic training pants - the kind you put over the training underpants? Maybe you can find a size small enough and they would work as a solution for you? Just a thought....

I would either buy a size larger for overnight, or double diaper. I did the double diaper quite a bit and never had a leak. Good luck!

I agree on the Huggies Overnights, they are awesome! They have saved me lots of extra laundry.

Huggies makes a overnight diaper
Otherwise I would think she's old enough to start sleeping through the night with no feedings which in return will mean no more hurricane diapers LOL.... My daughter did that too than I just stopped her 2 bottles in the middle of the night.

F.,
My 5 month old just started the same thing. I just started using a diaper a size larger than what she wears during the day and it seemed to help...
Good luck!

My son had/has the same issue. At that age we would use a size larger at night...then we switched to the Pampers Baby Dry when they added the flex sides (we used Cruisers before). Now he is in the biggest size of those during the day and we use Good Nights at night. We don't let him drink anything after dinner but he still pees alot at night. It was difficult because he is off the chart for height and weight (proportionate but a big boy) and they only make diapers so big. My husband always tells me it's OK because he's just a linebacker in training LOL.
