Hi J., you can't go wrong with www.craigslist.com. They are great for anything you don't mind getting used rather than new. Also you may try Kid to Kid or Once Upon a Child (they are resale shops for kids).
Good luck.

We got a FREE slide set ($350 original price) from freecycle.com. I just posted "wanted: outdoor plastic slide" and got quite a few responses. Freecycle is AWESOME! Good luck!

I'm not sure where you live, but right now in Plano they have a large consignment sale. See Divineconsign.net

You should try Craigslist. We've found some great deals through there for gently used yard toys.

I got this site from this same question being asked in the past: http://www.toysfortykes.4t.com/. You do need to call and ask what she has, since the site isn't accurate. Let me know if you buy from her since I'm thinking about going up there myself. Good luck!

If you hit the garage sales you have to be SUPER early to catch this stuff. Try Freecycle or cheapcycle.com you will have to become a member. Also try Craigslist and E-Bay - we ended up finding a kangaroo climber on e-bay a couple years ago for far less than you'd pay at Toys R Us. Also, Just Between Friends has sales in North Richland Hills and Ft. Worth this week.
