OPINIONS On the Audio Potty Training Guide, “Potty Trained in 1 to 3 Days”

needing opinions on this product - sponsor of mamasource - Audio Potty Training Guide, “Potty Trained in 1 to 3 Days”. The complete “Potty Trained in 1 to 3 Days” Audio Guide is an interview carried out by Dr Wayne Jensen with Suzy Mor. - has anyone tried this and if so then what kind of results did you get - it's $38 for the audio so am wondering how well it works before i spend the money - i have a 3 year old boy that will not go poo on the potty - says "it won't come out" when he tries so he brings me a diaper to put on him when he has to go poo - have tried a few suggestions from other request on here and haven't had much success - he is a very strong willed child :) and i don't want to push him if that is not the route to go - my daughter was completely potty trained by the age of 2 so this is very different for me - thanks for you opinions

I don't have any experience with the Audio Potty Training Guide, but I did purchase the 3 day potty e-book online. It worked great my daughter was potty trained within 3 days. We still had the same problem you are having with poop. It took her another 2 1/2 months to finally start going poop in the potty. I was very fustrated and was totally out of ideas on what to do. I finally realized her favorite show was Go Diego Go so I went out and bought her boys underwear because the don't sell them in girls and told her how upset Diego would be if she pooped on him and baby jaguar. It worked she never pooped her panties again. She if very strong willed so not matter what I did she would not go for me. I tried treats, stickers, toys and even bribes nothing worked. The e-book told us to let her change herself when she made the mess. So I did a few times she hated doing that then shortly after that she started going. I am not sure if was just the underwear or maybe she hated cleaning herself up so much she gave in. I am a little bit of germ freak so I would bath her after she cleaned up the mess (lots of work, but maybe it did help the processs).

P.,

I potty trained my daughter in 3 days using an online money-back guaranteed program. It was only $12 and it worked like a charm. After the end of the 2nd day, she would say "mommy, I have to go potty" and she would go by herself. I didn't have to remind her or take her to the potty every 1/2 hour to avoid accidents.

I know they say that potty training girls is much easier (I don't have any boys, so I don't know the difference), but the woman who wrote the program has 3 boys that were all trained by the age of two. I would highly recommend it.

For the sake of not sounding like I'm advertising this program, feel free to send me a message for the website where you can download the manual. It was recommended to me by someone who used it and I LOVED it! I plan to use it for my twins next year when they turn two!

Good luck!

I haven't used the Audio Potty Training Guide, either, but I have used "Toilet Training in Less than a Day." I check it out from the local library. It's a little dated, and it *does* take more than one day, but the method is good. The authors recommend just training your child to pee on the potty, because when kids poop they also pee. I think also that it might be a good time to run out of diapers. :)

don't worry about the poop thing... he'll get it. My good friend's daughter did the same thing (afraid to poop on potty so she'd tell her mom I have to Poop and the mom would put a diaper on her, then she'd come tell the mom "I'm done" and the mom would change her). Eventually, though, they were out at a store and the girl had to go poop and the mom said "I don't have any diapers, if you want to keep your pants clean you'll have to go on the potty" and that did it. Maybe you could "run out of diapers" at home???
