Onesies Needed That Snap or Button up the Front

We got these great onesies from JC Penney when our kids were babies. They unsnap completely so you can lay it out on the changing table or bed, then lay the baby on top of it, then snap it up and go. You close a row of snaps down the front and then the bottom of the onesie comes up like a diaper and snaps into place. JC Penney is the only place I've ever seen them. I'll pray for your little one!

Carter makes onesies like that (that snap from top tp bottom in the front and nothing needs to go over the head at all) - also they have a outlet in the long beach town center or try online - hope this helps and good luck oh by the way there called creepers "speedy exit creepers" go to www.carters.com

I checked amazon.com and they have some different types of side snap outfits. You can also try the Norwalk Indoor or Santa Fe Springs swapmeet..sometimes they carry what you need or if they don't you can ask the shop owners if they can get some for you...some will look for the item you need when they stock up in the Santee Alley's downtown ( there is sections that exclusively carry childrens clothing) . You can also try to go to the Santee shopping district downtown yourself...but defiinetly not a goodplace to take small children because of the crowds.

Try The Children's Orchard. They have resale clothes. You can also take in your old kids clothes and get store credit towards new clothes.

Good Luck with the Surgery!!!

There are a couple of stores that have second hand clothes.

Children's Orchard on Valley View in Cypress. I live one street over from Cerritos and it takes me about 10 minutes to get there. It is a quick drive east on the 91 exit Valley View and make a right onto Valley View. Take Valley View about 5 minutes and it is on the right hand side. It is at Ball and Valley View. There is a McDonalds, Mervyns, Subway, and a Round Table Pizza in the shopping center. Children's Orchard is next to the subway. Their phone number is ###-###-####.

There is also another store on South Street called Precious Repeats, 11442 South St, Cerritos, CA 90703 ###-###-####. It is on the other side of the street from the Cerritos mall. I think it is in the same shopping center as the Coco's that burned down. It is not easy to see from the street and it is smaller than Children Orchard.

Also, BabiesRUs has great deals on their discount clothes and that is on South St. as well.

I only have girls clothes or I would just give you some.

First of all, my thoughts are with you and your family. I am sending prayers that everything turns out wonderfully for your precious little one.
I know what you mean about onsies that snap up the front!
I had a few and really loved them!

Two places I would check is Carters there in Cerritos at the Long Beach Towne Center, and there is also a consignment shop across from the Cerritos mall. It is called Precious Repeats. It is on South Street, in the same strip mall as the Cocos.

They're more pajamas but are very comfy. I bought a few of these sets for my son and are only about $12 for the set. There's a Carters store in the Carson plaza off of the 605 freeway.

I am the grandmother of 7 and my daughter who lives in Santa Clarita has a 9 month old. I see her every week end. I am sure she would love to help you if she can. I'm not sure how we do this as far as getting them to you. I live in Stanton and work in Orange. I'd be happy to send them. They aren't onesies but they do make undershirts (long and short sleeve) that button up the front. I bought them for my son when he was younger(3-6 months) but they do make them all the way up to 18 months. I believe I got them either at Target or Babies R Us (I'm almost 100% sure it was Target). They sale them in the same type of Packs that you but onesies in. Hope this helps.

Simply a boy has a kimono-style snap onesie from organic cotton. www.simplyaboy.com

Carter's makes these little layette sets that have these "side-snapper" tops which are like a kimono-style closure. They also have little pants with and without pants. They're adorable and inexpensive. You can also find these kimono-style tops at Babystyle. I also LOVE the Carter's sleep-and-play suits that snap up the front. You can get them with and without feet. Right now Babies R Us has them on sale (Buy one, get one at 50% off) They normally retail for $9.99 so you can get two for about $15. If you're in the South Bay, there is a Carter's store on Hawthorne Blvd. and they sell all of these items.

Target has great ones. The Target brand "Circo" has great zip up ones that are light weight and heavier for play time and for sleeping at night. Also at Target are Gerber ones that snap up front and are great. They both come in packs of 3 are are inexpensive. Hope this helps. Definitely thinking and praying for your little one.

Gerber makes snap front tshirts i have found them in Target and walmart i believe its 3 shirts for under $10 hope that helps

You might want to look up "Children's Orchard" it is a great consignment shop, I don't know where the closest one to you would be but look them up in the online yellow pages in your area. Children's Orchard has a stringent policy on the condition of the clothes, toys and other items they will accept. And their prices are really good. I picked up a really nice baby swing for my grand daughter there for $20, the clothing prices are great as well. If you happen to be looking for a particular item and the store you go to doesn't have it, they will call their other locations for you, the staff there is really helpful. Hope this helps.

Gerber makes them. They go across the chest and snap to the side and then on the bottom. I used them for my daughter for the first 6-9 months because it was a pain to put things over her head. I found them in packs of 3 at Burlington Coat factory (Baby Depot). They were around $10 for 3.

have you tried children's orchard? they have multiple stores and they buy and sell children's clothes. the cashier at ralph's said she was able to buy 4 bags of clothes or her grandson and only spent around $12.

I got some onesie's from as a gift that sort of snapped diagonally up the front. They were super cute... and pretty inexpensive at Mervyns!

I don't have onesie that don't go over the head but I have a bunch of 9 month terry sleepers by Carters if your interested let me know as my mom lives down that way. I know how scary it is having your baby put under for any kind of surgery no matter how big or small. My prayers and good energy are with you. I don't know if this will be helpful, but check Carters brand. I have a couple of onesies for my son made by Carters that have snaps along the entire front portion and don't go over the head.

If you're in Cerritos there is a store on South and Gridley, (across the street from Target in the Coco's strip mall). It used to be called Precious Repeats. It's a really nice reasonably priced second hand store.
