Thank you guys so much! We went to Murder Mystery Dinner Theater - it was cool! The acting was ok but I am biased because I am an actress but it was a nice evening and we had fun together which is important. Anyone interested you can go here - www.murdermysterytexas.com

Hi N.,

My husband and I went to the brand new Hilton in Southlake Town Square for our anniversary. It was so nice because we walked to Trulucks Steak and Stone Crab which is a nice restaurant right across the street. After dinner we went to the bar inside the restaurant and there was a fun pianist singing cover songs. Fun atmosphere. After that, we walked to our hotel! Southlake Town Square has lots of other shops, and a movie theater, all in walking distance, so its nice for date nights or anniversaries. Have fun and congratulations!

I've heard great things about the new Great Wolf (Gray Wolf?) Lodge in Grapevine. With the waterpark, though, it might be a lot of kids there -- depends on what you want.

My husband and I spent our 4 year anniversary this year at the Gaylord in Grapevine. Our room was only $159 & they had a great pool, excellent restaurants, and the service there was impeccable. It was like a resort getaway only 20 minutes from our house!

This is going to sound odd, but my husband stayed at the Hotel St. Germain during his first wedding (6 years ago). To this day, we constantly get flyers from them on specials they are running for anniversaries and such. They make notes on your special days and send reminders about their events. I like the personalized service.

The Palomar is also very nice - my friend's parents stay there frequently while in town.

I just heard of this hotel in Dallas. My cousin's husband took her there this weekend. www.hotelzaza.com
