Ok Running Mama's..BOB Revolution Stroller or Is There a Better Alternative?
I like to run/jog and my baby is 6 months old-I am not a distance runner and like to do only maybe 4-5 miles at a time..but I want a good reliable jogging stroller. Thinking about the BOB and the website suggests that I use the BOB Revolution. I know its pricey and will be willing to pay if its truly worth the $$. And concerned about the swivel wheel-I know you can lock it but I just want to know if in locked position if it will let you run straight without wobbling? Is there another good jogging stroller-for people that really use it for jogging/running that may be comparable to the BOB? Thanks!

I love my BOB revolution!! Not only is it a good jogging stroller, but it is very versitile. The swivel option is fantastic and you can push it with one hand very easily. I have had mine for 3 years now and it is holding out just fine (I had it out in the snow today!). I wouldn't hesitate... one of the best baby things I have ever purchased and worth the money!

I have a BOB Duallie which looks like a mammoth beast but runs incredibly smooth and just awesome for me (poor grammar, I know).
The handles are nice and soft, the ride is smooth, it takes bumps and cracks so well you barely feel them, turning is a piece of cake, and it doesn't feel like you're pushing a truck.
Go for it - WORTH the money.

The BOB is an awesome stroller and the swivel wheel is great. I've actually never ran with it in the locked position because it's not wobbly at all when unlocked. You can run straight with the wheel unlocked. I know it's pricey, but I think it's worth it. I believe it can hold kids up to 50 pounds. I love our BOB! Check craigslist. You might be able to find a used one.

i have to agree with the other posts on how wonderful the BOB is:) i have a duallie (for 2 kids) and i can easily run and push them with one hand. i've had mine for over 4 years and it comes everywhere with us. it is easier to maneuver than my umbrella stroller. the swivel wheel is great! i also have a single BOB ironman stroller with a fixed wheel which i like as long as i never have to turn:) the revolution is definitely worth every penny!
