Dr. David Lu is fantastic! He is very gentle and takes time to really listen to you. He also volunteers at the Pregnancy Help Center, so takes people on MediCal. He's right next to Little Company of Mary. He not only delivered my son, but just did my mom's hysterectomy. You'll really like him.

I used Dr. Michael Freidman. I don't have his number any more but his office is in the medical building next to Little Company of Mary. I really liked him because he has a lot of experience and he really listens to his patients.

I am sure by now you may have found a doctor already, but just in case you haven't, I can recommend 2 doctors. 1st there is Dr. Ben Naghi at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, or any of the doctors within his office, and also a great OBGYN, and female doctor, Dr. Nagamani Nadella, who also works at the same hospital. I had a procedure with Dr. Nadella and she is fabulous, adn Dr. Naghi was my OB when I gave birth to my daughter 9 years ago. They are both excellent!

Dr. Young Kwon is an AMAZING doctor. I actually had a different OBGYN but he happened to be on call when I went into labor and he delivered my daughter. I've since switched to him because his bedside manner is phenomenol. He has a great sense of humor. My best friend is actually a labor and delivery nurse at Torrance Memorial and says that he is one of her favorite doctors. Here's his address:

I am also looking... I delivered my now 18mth old boy at Cedars and was not thrilled there. My ob was in Beverly Hills. I am trying to decide which hosptial will be best now as I likely will have a repeat c section (the 1st was an emergency c). I have heard good things about Scharffenberger. I am also considering Santa Monica for a St Johns delivery- any other ideas out there?

i see Dr. Naghi in torrance. i didn't like hime 7 years ago but he has delivered 2 of my 4 children and he is really easy going now. He used to be a little high strung but has totally mellowed out. I really like the nurse practicionaer in his opffice named annie and you can see her too. to me she is jsut as good as the doctors.
