Dr. Damian Bass at 67th and union hills. I started going to him since 2005. Even when I moved up north to payson, for a short time, I drove down about 2hrs for my yearly instead of going to someone up there that I didn't know.

Desert West OBGYN. ###-###-####. They have offices in Glendale, Litchfeild Park, and Anthem. The whole staff is great. I recomend them all the time.
